Effective date: 30 May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between SEO Middle East ("we", "us", "our") and any individual or business ("Client") that engages our services or uses this website. By proceeding with our services you agree to these Terms.
Individual project scope, deliverables, and pricing are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal provided at the start of each engagement. In any conflict, the project agreement takes precedence over these Terms.
We provide search engine optimisation (SEO), technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and related digital marketing services for businesses operating in Kuwait and the wider GCC region. All services are described in the relevant project agreement.
We are proud of our track record and work hard to deliver strong, lasting results for every client. That said, search engine rankings are ultimately determined by Google and other search engines, which operate independently and update their algorithms regularly. While we apply industry-best practices and our results speak for themselves, we are not able to guarantee specific ranking positions or timeframes. No reputable SEO agency can, and any agency that does should be treated with caution.
Our commitment is to execute a high-quality, transparent strategy and to keep you informed of progress throughout. We stand behind our work.
To allow us to do our best work, Clients agree to:
Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in the project agreement. Work may be paused on accounts with overdue balances. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for the relevant period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content, data, and materials provided by the Client remain the Client's property. Upon full payment, the Client owns the deliverables created specifically for their project (website content, reports, etc.).
Our proprietary tools, processes, methodologies, templates, and know-how remain our intellectual property at all times, regardless of how they are used in delivering services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose Client business data, strategies, or results to third parties without permission, except where required by law.
We may reference the Client's name and general results as a case study or portfolio item, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to a Client for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement (typically 30 days). Upon termination, the Client is responsible for fees covering work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of any outstanding balance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
